Marcus is undoubtedly one of the most detail-oriented, communicative, and overall BEST service techs that have ever visited our home. Something you just don’t experience much of in South Florida customer service. Native is really doing leaps and bounds better than our last company.

Enrique W. did an exceptional job. He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. He went above and beyond by sending us photos of the exterior of our home showing potential areas where bugs could be entering. 10/10 service.

I really liked that the products they use are kid and pet friendly, which gave me peace of mind. Todd was very respectful and polite throughout the service. I pointed out the specific areas inside the house that needed to be sprayed and he addressed them exactly as requested. He also removed the spider web and thoroughly sprayed all exterior perimeters. The products they use are effective and I have no complaints about the company.

Update: sadly the good service is no more. Communication has become challenging. The quality of the work has also noticeably declined. To be clear, there are still some very good service technicians, but I’ve had to ask for do-overs because some workers seem not to care. Paul showed up as scheduled and was thorough, treated all areas as promised. Johnson was also very thorough in treating our home for the quarterly service. Honestly difficult to find a company this professional in the area. Based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed from the start. The Inspector, Cierra, noticed I had a termite problem right away, when my other pest control company missed it for months. She came over to solve one issue and ended up solving two! I highly recommend this company. The Technician, David, came thru and resolved all issues. Absolutely amazing!

Been using Native for 2 years now and have been loving it! Our home rarely ever sees bugs/pests all year round so we are really happy with the results.
