I had Terminex in the past and the difference in service and management is incredible. From the first call to having the work, everything was as good. Steven and Kiko were very profesional. They got there on time, came prepared for the high ceiling and explain everything they were doing.

Ulysses was thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time we needed to explain everything. On top of that, he was friendly and kind. We’d love it if Ulysses is our tech if we have future need for pest control.

Highly recommend - not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, tried many companies in the past and this is head and shoulders the best, not just in service, but in customer service as well (shouting out Gustavo!) - many scam artists down here, Native is not one of them.

Pierre did an excellent job! He arrived promptly, and he thoroughly looked at all identified infected areas, and well as, finding a few others and explained the process. He performed a no tent termite treatment and installed subterranean bait traps!! I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend the company.

My technician Kev Hidalgo-Vargas was prompt! I was scheduled for an 8am-12pm block and received a text that he'd be here by 8:45 and he was right on time!!!! He was very knowledgeable about the signs of pests that were shown to him and he treated the areas quickly.

I lost track of how long I have used NATIVE PEST MANAGEMENT. Likewise, i can't remember the name of any of the pervious techs. But, MEGAN is by far the most genuine. Native has addressed the original issues. Megan has continued to earn them my business. Thank you Megan.

Came out quickly to investigate and quote me. Treatment was done 2 days later, quick, non-invasive treatment w/o tenting, moving out, etc. Not cheap but certainly less costly and less of a headache than tenting.

Pierre was the best! He arrived on time and was really kind and helpful. I felt very confident he was making sure he did everything to protect my home and he explained everything he did to me. I am so happy he was my technician!

The technician that came out to our home today, Robert Owanikin, was great. He came into the house asked about any issues and was able to find and treat on the spot. I have had the treatment underground termites for a few months and they have been terminated. Kev proved the recent inspection and has come to my home in the past.
