Pick up was fine. Delivery not so fine. Nobody called me to let me know they were coming to deliver and my comforter and pad sat it the lobby for a while. A phone call would’ve nice. The cleaning itself was great.
I have been using Natural Cleaners for almost 5 years now, as they work with the property I work at. They drop off, pick up, and are very responsive when reaching out. It is very convenient since it is so close by, and they always have relatively fast service. Additionally, they run specials too so those are great…
Great turn around times on all orders! Like to get the texts for special pricing on sweaters, comforters, coats, etc.
I have gotten my down comforter cleaned every year the last 3 years. Every time they do a great job, and this time it was done in one day!
Always does best job removing stains and making my clothes feel fresh and new. Truly appreciate your dedicated staff, always friendly and helpful!
Amazingly fast service, and such pleasant employees! I’ll be back, even if it’s out of my way.
Always nice and friendly staff. Cleaning was prompt and delivery was fast. I appreciate the service and the kindness I experienced. Thank you!
The two quilted bedding spreads turned out beautiful - clean and soft.
Finest cleaners I have ever used. Garments always look terrific, the service is timely and reasonably priced. We like the use of natural cleaning materials
The location is convenient and the staff is always friendly. What I like most is that they have started offering more deals. Please continue offering great service and deals/coupons.
Loved your quilt cleaning special. My wrong assumption was that shams would be included, or inexpensively done. Could you add an asterisk next time you offer the special with the prices for shams? Otherwise, great job and great service. Thanks.
Have all my dry cleaning done at Natural Cleaners. Always satisfied.
We love Natural Cleaners. I feel good knowing that they don't use the harsh chemicals that other dry cleaners use on our clothes. We use the pick up and delivery service and it couldn't be easier. They know who we are when we call and are always accommodating when we have special requests. I always recommend…
I’ve used Natural Cleaners for over a year, weekly pickup, and have been very pleased with how my clothes look and the high leave of service I receive from Natural Cleaners. I highly recommend Natural Cleaners….
Delivery option is super easy and has been a huge time saver. Shirts are clean, pressed and in great condition when they arrive at my door. Occasionally use for comforters. Fair price - well done. No problems Great service!
Natural Cleaners does a great job. They text me that they’re going to be in the area and they just pick up my cleaning that I hang in one of their nice green bags, and it comes back two days later. This is a great service because it takes one more errand off my plate. They do a beautiful job on clothes, table…
Pickup could be improved. Nice job of cleaning clothes.
The only cleaner I would use. I take advantage of their free delivery service. It is easy to schedule. I recently had my bag get wet in the rain and had an item stain my lighter items black. They contacted me right away and took extra steps and saves my cloths! Everything was perfect.
Natural Cleaners is super reliable, friendly, & convenient. They pick up and drop -off my dry clean items, send reminder texts and take good care of my items. They provided me with a nice welcome goodie bag too. Highly recommend!
We have had great service each time we have used Natural Cleaners. They do a great job and are efficient.
