I was a customer for many years and I liked the convenience of pick up and drop off directly from my house. A couple of times the wrong clothes were dropped off at my house and I should have taken that as a warning sign. Two months ago a dress I wore at my nieces wedding and my daughters bridesmaid dress went missing, never to be found but what has been worse, they couldn't care less, their manager Tracy never called me back despite me going to their store and talking directly to her, I was never told what happened to my clothes, never heard anything back. Extremely unhappy and definitely not going back. UPDATE Not sure if it was the negative review or that they finally looked into my issue, as no one ever returned my calls, my clothes did turn up. Still disappointed on how it was handled but at least I got my clothes back.

I have been using this place for last eight years and for the most part they were good , recently they have been sending me clothings back either having rips, missing buttons etc. will not be using them anymore.

Avoid at all costs! They damaged my suit pants. Ripped out the clasp closure on the waistband, didn’t remove the stain on my blazer (that was marked!) and charged me full price never saying anything about the damage they caused. Then when I called to let them know, they said it would be “no cost to replace the clasp”, but the waistband is ripped apart.

What happened to Natural Cleaners? Appears that the company was sold and all dry cleaning gets transported to Oshkosh, WI for processing and then driven back. My order wasn't ready for pick up as scheduled. Tried to contact corporate numerous times and finally got a response 3 months later with "customer is not always right" attitude. Time to find another dry cleaner .... any suggestions?

They’re terrible! Awful service - they don’t care —unfortunately. Had my queen size comforter cleaned for $60!!! That’s a joke! Last year with a different owner it was around $22! It got cleaned twice now because the first time there was still a stain and sweat discoloration and the smell was not good. Picked up the 2nd time and I see through the bag there’s still discoloration and said something about it and she just smiled and didn’t care. I said for $60 and it still can’t come out? She ignored me. I said I won’t be coming back and will clean it elsewhere (the laundry mat!) She said good bye. So sad really… so I continue to pray for people to give a crap like they used to.

I should have written this review months ago, but just never had the time. The last time I went to Natural Cleaners was last July and I would drop off and pick up mainly at the Third Ward location, but Brookfield was the main location and used to be where they did the dry cleaning. Ever since I first switched to Natural Cleaners, over over 11 years ago, the service and quality of work was always top notch. The original owner, Sam, was the reason I was so loyal to this business. Even when he sold the business to Chad, I stuck with them. I never had any issues whatsoever until the business changed hands once again. The new company, which I believe is based in West Bend, doesn't care about the clients they have acquired. One time, I went to drop off clothes at the Brookfield location with my green Natural Cleaners laundry bag. The person working the counter gave me the bag back and when I asked why, she was rude and dismissive. It was almost as if I was inconveniencing her. One of the reasons why I was a Natural Cleaners client for so long, was because of the fact that I didn't have to use the plastic bags thanks to the reusable garment bag. The eco-friendly dry cleaning process (which is now gone) and the sustainability story were the two main reasons why I was attracted to Natural Cleaners in the first place. Under the new ownership, the last time I picked up my dress shirts, the colors and cuffs, which would almost always require special attention, were still dirty and looked like they didn't even attempt to clean them. That was the final nail in the coffin of my business relationship with Un-natural Cleaners. In summary, not only has the service disappeared, but the quality of the work is gone, the sustainable and eco-friendly dry cleaning process is gone, and judging from the other recent reviews, many of the long-time clients are gone. So sad.

We used to love Natural Cleaners, but something has changed and we will be looking elsewhere for our cleaning needs. I recently sent a sweater in for cleaning and it came back terribly shrunken. I reached out asking for a resolution, and they told me to put it out for pick up so they could look at it for the claims process. I initially forgot to put it out, and let them know as much. They said to put it out the next time the driver comes by, which I did. It was the only item I put out. The sweater was picked up and then returned… CLEANED again. No sign of claims process started, and I was charged for a second cleaning of my already shrunk sweater. I called to talk to a manager about it, and I still haven’t heard back. So, now I have to replace a very nice sweater that should be covered by them. I can no longer recommend Natural Cleaners and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Been going here for 10 years plus. My comforter was ruined this past spring and I’ve been dealing with the worst process to get a refund back. When they finally issued me a check, it didn’t even cover half of the comforter cost. Then the bank stopped the payment and said the check was void. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and just done. I’ll be getting my money back and never coming back to any Natural Cleaner location

Do not go here. I’ve had quite a few issues with this place but always gave them another chance. I’ve had items returned uncleaned multiple times, and then double-charged when they redo it. But then they don’t refund you on the double-charge, they only offer store credit. Most recently, I had a $400 dress permanently damaged by their carelessness. I tried to reach out to the manager and owner 5 times with no response, so I am officially done offering chances to them.

I took my vest in to be dry cleaned. It came back smelling of sweat. I took my vest back, and they gave it a second try at no charge. (Thank you) It came back still smelling of sweat. Not quite as bad, but still smells of sweat. You guys are close to me and have done a good job historically but I cannot highly recommend a cleaner who is not getting my clothes clean.
