Logan is excellent…very personable, professional and thorough. He answers all questions and explains the services provided. We’re on a maintenance schedule and the added attention to detail of inside inspection was great. I’d definitely recommend!
We have been using Natural Resources this year. They are great. No poison in the house. Kitty safe. Come on time, patiently explain what they will do & get it done. We had an invasion of American roaches it was crazy. I’ve been in the same house 37 years & never had them before. They got rid of them.
Every single step of the way, this company has given me the best service! They were very quick after I called for the initial inspection, their quote was fair-priced and their guarantee of coming back after 3-5 months to check everything makes me feel confident and at ease. Chris our technician was incredibly…
Great results! Very reliable and effective!
Great Company. Great People and Great Service. John the tech is just a pleasure to work with professional and extremely knowledgeable Thanks Natural Resources.
Our good friends recommended Natural Resources when we had an infestation of crane flies. Chad and Daphne were responsive and communicative. They had their service person on site the following day to evaluate and plan the best solution to the situation. They also treated for some sugar ants that were becoming…
We much appreciate the knowledge they have, they never rush to get in and out, punctual and professional. Natural Resources Pest Control is by far the best and we have tried a few different companies before. Thank you.
Always professional, always on time. Excellent team everyone from Chad to Alyssa to Joe! Safe oils around pets and newborns. Best in the business.
I have been using Natural Resources for several years. They come 4 times a year. Very effective non-toxic pest control. Safe around pets and children
The best extermination company in Miami. Non-toxic natural spray that is effective and environmentally friendly, and reliable, friendly servicepersons who are always on time, so rare in Miami! Highly recommend Chad and team!
Always on time and professional. And the stuff works, even though it’s natural. Recommend if you want something more natural.
Johanny just left my apartment, and I have to say he was by far one of the most knowledgeable and professional service men I've ever hired. He arrived on time, provided detailed answers to all my questions, helped move all the heavy kitchen appliances so we can manage the even tiniest cracks and provided excellent…
Very thorough!
I have been using Natural Resouces for over 8 years , in each of my residences. Their product is natural which is what I wanted since my son was an infant and always crawling around on the floor. I also had pets who lick their paws and are susceptible to toxins. Their products always work, I never have any issues with bugs after they treat.
Had such a fabulous experience with Natural Resources. Chad was very professional, kind, and had lots of tips for how to deal with pests using non-toxic ingredients. Haven't had a single bug since my treatment. Will be using going forward for sure. Can't recommend enough.
Chad and his team are always very thorough with their pest treatments and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Service is always punctual and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend them.
Knowledgeable, helpful, hard-working, friendly, thorough, diligent--I don't have enough adjectives!
Excellent company, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Chad and the entire team do a very thorough, high-quality job. I highly recommend Natural Resources for pest control and lawncare services.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were quick to address pest issues and discuss various service options. The office staff provided excellent customer service and quick response time. Highly recommended!
Incredibly happy with the services from the Natural Resources team. Not only is everything organic and safe for our newborn baby and dog but the service is excellent! We are especially impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of everyone, including the owner Chad. They go out of their way to make sure…
Best company, very professional, always using protective gear, even for the shoes, thorough and efficient.
Excelente Servicio humano y profesional. Las desinfecciones son eficientes y de larga duracion. La inspección es muy detallada incluyendo fotografías de areas para resolver futuras infecciones. Altamente recomendables. Muchas Gracias.
Based on how professional, responsive, and responsible the folks from Natural Resources have been, I wouldn't use any other company to deal with my pest control issues (ants and the usual icky creatures who occasionally make their way inside). From the scheduling to the actual inspection and service, they were…
