I had an old popcorn ceiling that was starting to peel and I was concerned about asbestos. Called Jim and he was able to come the next day and take samples. The results came fast, the following day. Jim had great communication the whole time. He was very professional and caring. Would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation!

Jim was absolutely amazing in coming to my apartment to test everything. He was great on explaining everything to me and letting me know every single detail. It was great finally having someone who knows what they’re doing and was 100% honest about all the damage he saw in my apt from water and mold. Jim is highly responsive and super helpful. Due to his job that day, no lie it took him 4 minutes to arrive after I called. Within an hour, I got tons of info about what I could expect and how I might handle potential asbestos. Jim took lots of test samples and contacted me 2 days later with the results and an official report. He truly is as fast as everyone says and would've been able to provide my results within 24 hours had FedEx not messed up. Money well spent! Highly recommend Jim for your testing needs also because he is impartial and does not provide abatement services. Many inspection companies are also in abatement business and may be more inclined to get you to operate on fear. Not Jim!
