Eric's work is very good and he is very detailed. I appreciated his efficiency, and clear communication throughout the process. He is respectful of your property and your time. Most importantly, he is honest and provides explanations for different options as they come up. He identified potential problem areas if they appeared, but I never felt pushed into extra work or more expensive materials. The options were presented clearly and he was amenable either way. I will definitely keep Eric Neading's contact for all my future home repair and update projects. Thank you again, Eric!

We've used this company for years - drywall, painting, flooring, opening up a wall, etc. Our latest project was huge - remove paneling and rug from 1 room, put up drywall/trim, expanding the kitchen, putting in new cabinets and a stone countertop/sink, a breakfast nook, moving a wall (wiring/plumbing/concrete), flooring in 2 rooms, leveling/painting a utility room floor.
Brightened up the weakest room in our house, which we'd wanted for years. We were given really good advice on the expansion, enabling us to do things which enhanced our vision.
All work is great quality, never cutting corners or rushing to get done. Recommend them highly and without qualification.
Services: Finish carpentry services, Shelving/storage construction & installation, General construction, Install flooring, Home renovations, Fan installation, Tile work replacement, TV mounting, Repair water fixtures, Carpentry services, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation, Kitchen remodeling, Concrete pouring, Flooring

Had a chimney that all the wood/siding was rotted and falling off. Also had some trim/molding around windows and front door that was the same and very unsightly. Found the website, got the number and texted a picture. Eric came out that evening. I have a very high and steep roof, but he had exactly what he needed. He quoted me the chimney and windows/door trim separate (if i needed separate) and a timeframe/date he could make do the work. I paid a small deposit (super easy to pay), and he came out exactly when he had said. He worked quick yet methodical, and in less than a days' time he had completely repaired and rebuilt the wood on the chimney and trim around my windows/front door. He did a thorough cleanup, couldn't tell that he had been there, matched the paint of my house and painted the new wood. Left me the rest of the paint too. I have already gotten several compliments from neighbors. He's top-notch, I HIGHLY recommend!
