Google reviewers rate Near Appliance Repair 4.9 out of 5 based on 89 reviews, noting that the owner responds to all feedback. Customers frequently praise the service for punctuality, clear communication, fair pricing, and thorough diagnostics for washers, dryers, refrigerators, and ovens. While most feedback is positive, a pattern of criticism in low-star reviews involves delayed initial assessments, missed appointment dates, and charging service fees when repair costs exceed the value of new appliances.

Great communication! Great service! Andrew assessed our microwave’s condition and he gave me his opinion on replacing the damaged part vs. replacing the entire microwave, and we decided that repairing was the better way to go. Andrew came back out and installed the new part and we’re back in business! I definitely recommend Near!

I was having trouble with my top load washer. I called N.A.R and they scheduled a technician to come out and look at it. On the appointment date, their tech, Andrew Wright called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on schedule and was very friendly, and professional. After briefly inspecting my washer he discovered the issue and gave me recommendations based on our options. Unfortunately my washer could not be fixed easily or cheaply but he referred me to his contact at Hahn's appliance warehouse who could help us get a new machine. He also gave recommendations and what brand and style to look for that would be most reliable. I would happily recommend their trustworthy service and Andrew was great!
