A very warm welcoming environment. Has new owners so wasn't pushing sales at the end. The stylist Laella felt welcoming, friendly, and wanted to make sure that I left with hair that I loved. Anything I wanted changed she did and took advice on how I wanted things done. She is going to be great stylist and asset to Neatbeat Salon.
Aynslee was so sweet and professional! She took the time to explain everything she was doing and gave me different options so I felt comfortable with every decision. Love Neatbeat! This salon makes you feel so special from the moment you walk in. I loved my hair so much but when she gave me a shampoo? LEGENDARY. You can really tell their stylists want you to not only look great but to really relax while you're there. 10/10 recommend!
It was my first time at this salon. It is very welcoming and clean! Brie did an exceptional job on my haircut! She was professional and listened to my needs. The neck and arm massage was nice surprise! I loved the smell of the oils! I will definitely be going back!

Lacy was phenomenal. Not only was she sincere and genuine, she was kind and very very gentle with my sensitive head. The time spent with her was full of laughs and good vibes. Cannot brag on her enough. The full highlight she did was everything I wanted and I left a very satisfied customer with a big smile.
Brie did such an amazing job my hair turned out so good I could ask for a better person to have worked on my hair than her. Everyone also was so lovely, also brie made sure to make me feel comfortable and paid so much attention to the style I wanted . My first time at the salon and I was not disappointed! Of course I love Sarah, have been going to her for about 12 -13 years. Everyone else I met though, extremely nice and so so welcoming! Em was great and very helpful in making my future appointments!!
