A very warm welcoming environment. Has new owners so wasn't pushing sales at the end. The stylist Laella felt welcoming, friendly, and wanted to make sure that I left with hair that I loved. Love Neatbeat! This salon makes you feel so special from the moment you walk in. I loved my hair so much but when she gave me a shampoo? LEGENDARY. You can really tell their stylists want you to not only look great but to really relax while you're there. 10/10 recommend!

Lacy was phenomenal. Not only was she sincere and genuine, she was kind and very very gentle with my sensitive head. The time spent with her was full of laughs and good vibes. Cannot brag on her enough. The full highlight she did was everything I wanted and I left a very satisfied customer with a big smile.
Brie did such an amazing job my hair turned out so good I could ask for a better person to have worked on my hair than her. Lacy was great, and the services were wonderful. The prices were higher than expected (and unfortunately, a bit more than I could regularly afford) but understandably so with the level of expertise, services offered, and care taken. My nit-picky daughter could not have been happier - I think she took about 150 selfies yesterday! 😁
Loved it the first couple of times but in the last four months, not so much. Started with fair prices which included the tip and now they’ve raised prices and have “TIP” where signature is required. I can afford a decent amount for a haircut with tip included but not now! Now I hesitate to go bc I can’t afford fifty…

This was my first time going to Neatbeat and this is now my new hair salon that I’ll be going to until I die. Carter was AMAZING!! I explained to her the look I wanted for my cut and she crushed it the first try. Service was 10 out of 10 and the complimentary drinks and massages were the cherry on top. I can’t wait to go again!!
