Replaced tpms sensor, reset tpms. NC Care is very trustworthy in dx problems and fair in charges. NCC mechanics are very knowledgeable and efficient at their job. I highly recommend this auto shop.

I wanted peace of mind before taking a long road trip and knew I would get that from Neighborhood Car Care. I am confident they don't over-charge or do unnecessary work. And Kim is a gem. They are my 'Go -To' folks for working on our cars. Always great service. Always patient , complete explanations of what the problem is to this 'non-car' person. With an estimate up front---so there are rarely 'surprises'. Means a lot to have a business you can trust!

John and his team are awesome! I needed and oil change and had a non-critical problem with my car that was already diagnosed by another local company. Not only were they less expensive, John fully explained the repair with the steps and cost. The other shop just said the part was bust…$2500. They get my business!

Had a lot of work done recently on my car, and they were friendly, timely, and professional. They had fair prices, and gave me a list of upcoming repairs my car would need but didn't pressure me into getting anything done that wasn't necessary. I have a feeling I will be going back for many years.

They've done a lot to keep my old 2005 Mercedes Wagon going! Always kind, communicative, reliable and they actually FIX things. Can't sing their praises loudly enough!!!

Neighborhood Care Care is the best car maintenance place in town. They charge very reasonable prices which are usually a third of what the dealer quotes. We have used them for over 20 years and never had anything but great service at a reasonable price.

This place is great, wee have been long time customers at Meineke and will never go back there. Neighborhood Car Care is great, they are professional, honest, hard working people, and their services seem moderately priced. We found our new auto place.
