Kim and the others are so friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They have worked on both of my vehicles and are helping me keep them in good running condition (including a 2003 Honda Element)

Replaced tpms sensor, reset tpms. NC Care is very trustworthy in dx problems and fair in charges. NCC mechanics are very knowledgeable and efficient at their job. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Very good service. I've been bringing the cars for service regularly for the past two years and they impress me as very knowledgeable and conscientious.

I’ve been bringing my car here for years and have always had a good experience with Jon and Kim. My car is ready for pick-up on time and Jon is transparent about services I need or don’t need. There is no up selling here! Jon is also great about preparing you for upcoming maintenance that could be required.

It's been hard finding a decent mechanic shop, but this place is great. They save you money, and do only the work required. I highly recommend comparing this place to yours and see who has the better deals.

Neighborhood Care Care is the best car maintenance place in town. They charge very reasonable prices which are usually a third of what the dealer quotes. We have used them for over 20 years and never had anything but great service at a reasonable price.

Kim is excellent great customer service, and the service technicians do what is needed no up sales. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone
