Neighborly Pest Control does regular pest control included with our rent. John showed up today and was very friendly in addressing my concerns with rats I’ve seen in the patio. Hopped on a call and instantly verified what’s included in my service and explained what I can avail at what cost to take care of the issue.

Neighborly is my choice for pest control. I’m a real estate agent and have been using them for over 15 years for my clients and my own home. Mike Watts is my goto choice when I need a termite inspection and clearance. They do an amazing job. I also have them come out and spray for spiders, fleas, and bugs on a…
