We had John out to our house in Rancho Mission Viejo yesterday. He was so thorough and considerate. We knew we needed to hire him immediately. He was back again today to start our service and couldn't be happier.
I recently had ants in several areas of my home, but was not scheduled for an appointment until the following month. I called Neighborly and John came out at the end of his day to help me. He was polite and very cooperative with my requests, even after working all day. So far no more ants and I hope he's the one…
The technician showed up with no advanced notice, which is unusual for this company.
