Today our Molly left us to the Rainbow Bridge peacefully and with kindness at Nevada Pet Hospice on Rancho. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place and considerate people to assist with her passing.
Nevada Pet Hospice, specifically Dr. Carolina Nunez, provided the end-of-life services for our beloved dog, Dublin, in a sincerely heartfelt and compassionate manner. Parting ways is certainly difficult but Dr. Carolina was truly understanding, patient, and respectful throughout. Such an emotionally traumatic event is heart-wrenching but she was the much needed comforting presence for all of us that day. Many thanks to her for her professionalism and kindness for us and for Dublin. And to her staff for the empathy extended to us before and after. It surely takes special people to provide these services in such a sorrowful climate but all at Nevada Pet Hospice revealed their grace during that journey. Much gratitude to you all.

Dr. Goldman made one of the hardest days of my life as good as it could possibly be. I was blessed with 12 years with Riley, my yellow Lab, and I wanted his last day to be peaceful, at home, with the people who loved him. That's exactly what he got. Riley felt zero pain, zero anxiety, and zero stress. He finished a novel treat we prepared, licked the plate, and drifted off in our arms on his own bed.
Dr. Goldman was patient, kind, and clearly experienced, and he never once made us feel rushed. Riley received the best possible end-of-life care, and he deserved no less. Throughout his life, we spoiled Riley and Riley spoiled us. Thank you for giving him such a gentle goodbye.

I had to call for hospice services for my beloved dog, Wyatt, and I knew I wanted to be able to say goodbye to him at home. I wanted him to feel safe, comfortable, and surrounded by the people who loved him.
I called Nevada Hospice, and from the very beginning, the staff were incredibly empathetic, compassionate, and kind. They were able to accommodate our same-day request, which meant so much to us during such a difficult time.
Dr. Nunez came to our home, and she made an incredibly heartbreaking experience feel calm and peaceful for both Wyatt and our family. Although making the decision to let him go was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, she helped make the experience feel peaceful and, ultimately, like the right choice for him.
I will be forever grateful to Dr. Nunez for the compassion and care she showed Wyatt and for being there for us during such a precious and important moment. She treated him with so much dignity and love, and I cannot thank her enough.
Thank you to the entire Nevada Hospice team for helping us give Wyatt the peaceful goodbye he deserved.

Dr. Carolina just left our house. We had to put down our precious 16 year old poodle Harley. From the very first call to them to her carrying out our Harley was so unbelievably calm and professional. I will never again go to the Vets office for euthanasia. The Dr. made this painful situation as easy as possible. I am unbelievably grateful to these people.
