Renzo is amazing, he does exceptional work and I would highly recommend him and this company if you are looking for a groomer.
This is the 3rd time we have come back and our dog Nyla has been taken care of very well! She looks amazing right after the service and Renzo is very nice. He makes Nyla feel welcomed and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back every month!
AMAZING! 100/10!!! Just moved here and was nervous about getting Mochi a new groomer since he’s extremely anxious and nippy, especially with strangers/men specifically. Found this mobile pet grooming on google and now I know why they have 5 stars! Renzo finished up with Mochi in less than an hour and he looks…
He does a great job with our little piranha (Maltese), Penny. He says she does a great job and she’s calm. Maybe he’s a wizard, maybe he’s lying to make us feel better, either way we always appreciate it! Great service and fair pricing!
Estoy muy agradecido por el excelente trabajo que hicieron. Es evidente que aman a los animales y se preocupan por su bienestar. El servicio fue puntual, profesional y la atención al cliente fue excelente. Recomiendo a Renzo al 100 %.
Renzo is the best! His communication was great and our dog loved being groomed. I wasn't sure how she'd do as this was her first time but he was wonderful with her. She looks so good and smells great, we will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
This is my 3rd time booking with New Era! My Lucy always looks beautiful! Renzo is great with her and she is getting better each time because of him!!
These guys are the best! So friendly and my dogs always look great after their haircuts. So convenient to have them pull up right to the house and they are always done very quick. Much quicker than my last groomer!
My Aussie got the best grooming today by Renzo! He was so friendly and my pup immediately took to him. Couldn’t be happier, as my Aussie has a longer double coat. He trimmed him up without making it look too short. Got the tough parts perfectly, like his extra dense behind. Highly recommend.
Amazing service! My doggos have never looked better. We’ve used New Era five times now and each service has been top notch! Highly recommend!!

Muy buena la atención mil gracias excelentes servicio saludos amigo Leonardo martinez
My Shih Tzu was heavily matted and too nervous for traditional grooming. The mobile groomer put her immediately at ease. He spent a lot of time with her and she came off the grooming van happy, twirling circles, looking and smelling amazing. Even her breath. Tooth brushing is included. I can't recommend high enough.…
