New Leaf Home Repair and Remodeling

David and Karl did a mighty fine job on my family's bathroom and bedroom. They were strictly buisness and very pleasant! Would highly recommend them for your remodeling needs.

Everyone on the New Leaf team was friendly and had great communication. We had some work done to repair subfloor, install an exterior door and replace wood rotted exterior trim. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks great.

Tricky job with uncooperative weather - but they toughed it out and got it done. Great work!!

Friendly, on time and efficient. We had an oddball job to be done which I'm sure is not a common repair/install. We noticed an issue a couple of days after the job was completed (it happens). They came to correct it within hours of notifying them. I appreciate the attention they gave the situation and will use them again.

Had some water damage on exterior of our home. New leaf was honest about scope and provided an estimate right after their visit. Was able to review it easily and my questions were answered quickly. After acceptance and scheduling the guys were friendly, professional, clean, and on time. Project took a few days and… Read full review

New Leaf removed my old deck and built this beautiful covered deck/patio with a bar. Dustin was our project manager, Seth was a part of the build as well. Very professional, good communication and problem solving skills. There was the challenge of connecting the patio to the two outside doors but they came up with a… Read full review

Great experience!! Knowledgeable and great work.

Extremely happy with the work David and Mykelti did for us. We brought New Leaf in for some deck and fence repairs, the process couldn't have gone smoother. The job covered replacing around 10 boards on the deck floor, plus replacing and adding posts along our privacy fence, the old ones had started to bow out and… Read full review

New Leaf did an amazing job on 3 repairs/projects on the interior and exterior of my home! Noah & Jonah were great to work with! They were both communicative & friendly and kept me in the loop every step of the way! I would use New Leaf again and would highly recommend their services to family and friends!

Karl and Jonah from New Leaf were honestly some of the best repairmen that I have encountered in their industry in a very long time. Not only did they do a beautiful job fixing our door frame but they were especially friendly and approachable when we had questions. I thought that we were going to struggle with “red… Read full review

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. Reasonable price. Highly recommend,

Quality of work awesome, guys are terrific. I thought it was a tad pricey, but the work was quality and I used them a second time. The second time took a long time to be completed because they were so busy with other jobs.

The New Leaf team was so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable during a not so fun time in our home owning experience. They made our home safer and more valuable. We would absolutely work with the team again!

The whole team was great from start to finish. David and Mykelti were fantastic the entire time and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly as if it was their own home. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

The first red flag should have been the $75 fee for an estimate. They didn’t even give me a detailed estimate with line by line breakdown. And the estimate didn’t even include everything I asked to be included. Third, the estimate was THREE TIMES what the actual cost should be. Like just say you don’t want to do the… Read full review

Your never quite sure of whom your hiring when home repairs are needed. Without hesitation I would recommend New Leaf Home Repair and Remodeling. I've called upon them twice for exterior wood trim repair. Karl did an exceptional job and Noah was courteous and cordial while at the home assessing repairs to be made.

This is the second time we have hired New Leaf. Their personnel are terrific, show up on time and have all the professional tools to do carpentry repairs and other projects. They repaired my screen porch on this trip as well. Reasonable price, highly professional work and client satisfaction seem to be what New Leaf provides. Highly recommend.

The biggest reason to hire these guys is because of the quality of work. They’re really good at what they do and I was surprised at how well it turned out. We’re so happy with our fireplace.

I had such an incredible experience working with Noah and the New Leaf team! They were incredibly professional from start to finish. Moving in to our home we knew we wanted some walls removed to open up the space - given it is an older home we also knew it was incredibly important to have it done correctly! Added… Read full review

We had New Leaf do a deck and patio expansion with an upgrade for composite decking and a switchback staircase. The upgrade is stunning. The fit and finish of the composite decking and fascia made the old wood deck feeling shabby and not well finished. The workmanship was top notch and the crew was very friendly and… Read full review

So far we are getting a quote for our bathroom, they were on time and very polite! Excited to do business with them!

I had trouble getting contractors to respond to my inquiries, let alone come and give an estimate on the job. A neighbor recommended New Leaf; I am SO glad they did. New Leaf was extremely professional from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would (first day was even 2 minutes early). They… Read full review

The 2 men replaced old garage trim, painted new trim; painted the front door, caulked and painted front porch wood and repaired corner of foundation in the front of the house. They did an excellent job!
