I had the pleasure of working with Pat who expertly and professionally guided me through the roof shingles replacement due to hail damage and dealing with insurance company who was less than customer friendly. Pat took the lead on working with them and took all of the stress off of me. Pat and his team are…
Great job on the new roof! I couldn’t be happier with the result. A much better install than the original from the builder 9 years ago. The owner, Nick, is a real pleasure to work with. Cordial, professional and EXTREMELY helpful during the back-and-forth negotiations with my insurance company. If you need an entire…
Replacing our roof for hail damage with New View was easy and most pleasant. Our project managers John and Sam were great to work with. They explained things to us as needed, and were responsive with our insurance company adjuster. We were able to secure a fast date on their schedule and their crews showed up as…
Nick and his team were phenomenal. They were able to come out same day for a roof check. After identifying some hail damage they were able to help submit documentation with the insurance and then handled everything afterwards. The insurance company was difficult but his team handled all the communication and was…
We just bought a house and had New View Roofing inspect our roof replace all our gutters to 6 in and replace one of the 3 skylights that was cracked. They also helped us replace the downspout on either side of our house that were blocked and needed to be replaced. Otherwise they overflowed when it rained and the…
overall good experience. first time we used them, it was extremely seamless - fair price, quick response, etc. 2nd time we called them, we had some issues with responsiveness for weeks, but after getting in touch with a new person (pat kenny), it was a great experience and they even made up for the lack of responsiveness by negotiating a great deal.
Hunter is extremely knowledgeable about not only working with insurance companies, how to find the the rules and regs that apply, but also how to get the job done right. He explains everything in detail, and keeps in touch to keep you aware of any glitches that may come up. Very professional and very personable.…
Update: Had another great experience with New View on roof repairs. Pat and Juan were fantastic. We love giving our business to folks that are competent, honest and fair. Could not recommend them higher. Original Review: Mike and Andy are the best! New View is the most honest, professional, and…
I cannot recommend Joey Hong from New View Roofing highly enough. In an industry where reliability is hard to find, Joey is absolutely the best. He stuck to every timeline commitment and kept me constantly updated throughout the entire process of roof replacement. His deep knowledge of what insurance companies look…
I had the pleasure of working with Sam from New View Roofing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the start, Sam was not only extremely knowledgeable about the roofing process, but also personable and approachable in the way he assisted me. He took the time to clearly explain each step,…
New View Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof after hail damage. Our project manager, Joey Hong, made the whole process seamless. He was super communicative, flexible with scheduling, and always on top of things. The roof was replaced in a single day, gutters the next, and even some trim repairs were…
New View Roofing is phenomenal. Period. They recently helped me secure a full roof upgrade as part of a real estate transaction, and they absolutely moved mountains to get it done by closing. Their workmanship was top-notch, their communication was flawless, and everything was handled seamlessly. The roof ended up…
I rarely write reviews and don’t like to write reviews, but this company deserves one. I have had to have three roofs replaced in 35 years due to hail damage. I have never had a great or even good experience doing this until I met Tom Longville. He does everything he says he will do and more. He totally took care of…
Joey and team did an awesome and very professional job getting hail damage fixed . Highly recommend
I was referred to Joey Hong by a good friend of mine. Joey made the whole process smooth and easy from the inspection to the roof and gutter replacement. It was my first time replacing my roof and he helped me with all my questions and also worked with my insurance company to get us more coverage. We had to go…
We had our roof replaced by New View Roofing, and it was a great experience! I’ve worked with other roofers in the past, and these guys were the best! Owner Nick Royer was trustworthy and helped make an intimidating process easy to understand. If it wasn’t obvious, I recommend them!
Highly recommend New view roofing, Tom was such great help explaining everything to us. They did such a great job on our gutter cleaning, gutter repair and inspected our roof. We will be definitely be calling them again to do our roof repairs! Thank you so much New View.
I called Joey Hong from New View Roofing because of Google reviews. Joey and his crews exceeded my expectations from day one. His team replaced my roof, gutters, and window screens, re-stained and repainted the exterior. Joey worked directly with my insurance and handled the process from start to finish. He also…
New View Roofing did an excellent job installing a new roof, gutters, window screens & repaired our fence. Tom has excellent communication skills. He kept us in the loop with everything. Friendly & easy to work with. Highly recommend.
New View replaced our roof, gutters and stained our fence after a large hail storm. New Roof and their representative, Joey, were very professional. They worked with our insurance company to assure that both the initial estimated damage as well as the sublemental damage noted by New Roof was covered by our…
