Had rain leaking into my living room. Nick, the owner, came out next day. Wind blew off a shingle, letting rainwater in. Some hail damage but not so much to require replacement. No pressure to replace the full roof--he's a straight shooter. Sent his guys out to fix it today at no charge. Done in 30 min. Much appreciated!
