Jose has been very responsive and timely in dealing with a potential rodent situation in my condo. We are still in the process of seeing if rodents exist so his service will be continued. Jose is very professional and kind and shows up when he says he will.

In truth, Erik does his extermination in my rental that is not in the state where I live. Believe me, if there was still a problem with rats I’d have heard. Thank Erik for me for months of complaint free living.
