Cody came out within 2 hours of my phone call to clean out our basement drain that had plugged up and flooded part of our basement. He explained everything he was doing and educated us on how the drain became blocked. After snaking the system he flushed it to make sure it was draining properly. Cody was very…
I had my sewer back up into my basement and couldn’t get the water to drain, I called and they sent two guys out, Johnathan and Jorge showed up on time scoped my main line and showed me footage of 9 tree root blockages. Jonathan and Jorge went right to work and cleared both the toilet and the sink drains. They did an excellent job.
Very quick service! Explained and addressed the issue thoroughly. Gave tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again.
Jonathan and Titan got out here super fast and the price was not bad for the peace of mind that the drain is cleared and water won’t come back up into our basement. Highly recommend.
Quick response, same day clean out of a smelly washer train. Very professional and went over regular maintenance step to prevent reoccurrence

Jonathan and Nick were fast, courteous and professional. I highly recommend
Nick and Johnathon helped my roommate and I with draining issues in our kitchen sink! They were super nice and helpful and even found a secondary issue in our bathroom shower drain that could’ve become worse. I would definitely use NewWay again for any maintenance I need in the future!
Just had Johnathan and Nick stop by for a clogged shower. They were right on time. Very upbeat. They asked me about the issue and went right to it. In and out in 30 minutes and cleaned up any mess left behind. Will be using them again for any future plumbing needs!
Nick, Jonathan and crew were great! They were able to come out same day. Transparent and up front on pricing before doing anything. Kept the work space tidy and cleaned before they left. Will definitely be using them again!
Thank you. Jon and Nick were great.
Quick service and great work by Jonathan and Nick. I really recommend this place.
The guys were very professional and knowledgeable. Nick and Johnathan were awesome.
We have an old house that has periodic drain problems. Twice this has happened on holidays. NewWay does an excellent job getting things cleared out, even on holidays, while being clear and honest about what work needs doing now and later. A good group of people. The service people this time (two calls) were Isaiah, Nick, and Jonathan. All excellent.

They were nice guys and knowledgeable of what they were doing
Great experience with Nick and Cody. Had a backed up sewer line, and they took care of it quickly, and with no mess. VERY appreciative of their efforts!
Jonathan and Nick were very professional and explained everything to us. I was so impressed by the service completed. They were very friendly as well and I was so happy they accepted credit card since I hardly carry cash. We will continue to utilize New Way Drain cleaning in the future.
Arrived on time and provided excellent service. Took the time to show and explain what their camera was showing while down in the drain. Great getting the piece of mind knowing the problem has been resolved. Would recommend.
Both Jonathan and Nick were extremely polite and respectful. They completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend them and this company
Every single member of the staff were kind and thorough. They weren't trying to just make money, but wanted to help us. They equipped us to make an informed decision and were patient. We definitely plan on using them anytime anything would come up.

Excellent service!! Nick and Jonathan found the problems and corrected them right away. Great guys to work with! Very personable!
Flooded basement on Saturday, called as soon as we discovered the glorious situation. They said they could do a emergency call out on Sunday but we had it covered so they could come during normal business hours. Showed up 8am Monday and cleaned and inspected line and was showering normally by 10.
I’ve unfortunately had recurring kitchen sink backups in my rental, and every single time it’s been stressful and messy. But Jonathan and Nick have been absolute lifesavers.
