Everything with my move seemed great up until the end of the move. The movers dropped one of my bedside tables down a flight of stairs because their dolly broke. Things totally happen and I was glad no one got hurt. Their team told me that they would reimburse me for the bedside table and try their best to repair it at the shop after my move since it was part of a bedroom set. Fast forward to three weeks since my move and I’ve reached out and spoken to members of their team on at least three separate occasions to ask about my bed side table. Each time I’ve been told someone would follow up, and the last time I called I was assured that both a manager and team member would call me back to give me a status update within the same day. Another week has passed and I’ve heard nothing about my bedside table. Unfortunately after the move I also found that my living room center console had been damaged. Considering it’s been three weeks with multiple follow up calls followed by a lack of response regarding my bedside table, I highly doubt anything will happen for the center console. The movers themselves were super nice and relaxed, but based on multiple damaged pieces of furniture and one piece that it seems like I’m never going to even get back, much less reimbursed for, I cannot recommend these movers to anyone.

We had an awesome experience with Next Stop Movers starting with Tabatha who came to do our inventory. She put us immediately at ease, made sure we had all the information that we needed & was spot on with the estimate. The day we moved, the crew, consisting of Ralphiel, Gerald, Bryan & Juan also put us at ease! They were professional, fast, but careful with all our possessions, & even tho it was an extremely hot day moving lots of heavy things up stairs they did it with a smile! I highly recommend them!
