It has been a very fulfilling journey working with Nine Arms of Wellness and my coach Tulika Agarwal. I reached out to Tulika as I was unable to lose the 20 pounds I had gained over the course of two pregnancies. I constantly craved desserts and it had become extremely challenging to loose weight. Tulika has guided me over the last 3 months and has immensely helped me create a healthy relationship with food. Not only have I lost weight, but have also gained back the energy and enthusiasm to live life to the fullest.
