If you have a Nissan or an Infiniti in the Charlotte area and you aren’t going to Nisstech you are simply doing it wrong. I’ve been looking at different Infinitis to purchase for a while, and Jeff couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave a couple of cars a look and saved me from making a huge mistake and when I brought a car that fit his standard I knew it was time to buy. I will only be bringing my new car to him for any service or maintenance. Extremely friendly staff and I’ve lived in NC all my life and this is the first mechanic I trust 110%. Fair prices and respectful, quality service - I trust the work these folks do - they know their Nissans! Came here for a once-over on a used-new-car and had them fix a few quick issues. Quick turnaround and generally just the best auto shop experience I've had. Jeff doesn't talk to you like a dummy and he definitely doesn't try to sell you services you don't need.
