Both Santiago and Jonathon were extremely professional. They arrived on schedule and reviewed what they would be doing regarding moss removal from our roof. There attention to detail was over the top. The quality of there work was exceptional. They were friendly and treated our home as if it was there own. I…
Jonathon and Cameron from No Moss cleaned our concrete tile roof this week. Both were so professional and patiently answered our questions. After they were done they showed us before and after photos of the roof plus one of a missing tile that we’ll need to replace and others of our clean gutters. They insured our…

I highly recommend No Moss Softwash for their exceptional service. The team Samuel and Christopher where professional and communicative, calling ahead to confirm their arrival and even offering to pick up coffee on their way—a truly unexpected and generous touch. Both employees were dressed in uniform, which made…
Courteous, professional and very thorough
Had my roof done about 7 years ago and every once in a while a patch of moss may try and get a foothold but cannot - my roof is still moss free - great company and product
No Moss Soft Wash was efficient and customer service stars. Samuel and Christopher were very accommodating and did a great job. I would highly recommend. Thank you
Meshach and Samuel did a great job on cleaning the moss off my roof. They were on time, attentive to detail, and kept me informed of their progress. They cleaned the driveway and patio afterwards, including my neighbors driveway. They were friendly, polite and enjoyable.
Meshach was great. Called to let us know arrival time. Sam was professional with him. Very flexible communication as we work at home and had many meetings. Able to seamlessly get this done.
Meshach and Samuel were the two young men who came out from "No Moss Softwash" to do the maintenance on the roof of our home. We hadn't realized it, but areas of our roof had moss that had taken a hold and was growing into it and under it. Needless to say this was going to cause a problem sooner or later. Apparently…
A job well done by Santiago and Cameron Friendly and respectful Will refer to friends for sure
Santiago was very courteous and got the job done very nice.
This company made me very assured of their competence from the start. Vince came out and took drone pics to figure out the size of my area to be treated in realtime. Meshach P and Samuel R came out and did my project right on time, communicating when they would be arriving and approx how long to complete the work.…
Santiago and Cameron from No Moss were a great team! They called when they hit traffic to let me know they may be a little late arriving. When they got onsite, Santiago explained their course of action while Cameron went right to work. They were both hard workers and couldn’t have been nicer. They were polite,…
Courteous, efficient and professional. Job well done. Happy customer
It was a pleasant experience from the bid thru job completion in removing the moss from my roof. They go above and beyond to please. I asked them to do a few tidying up things while on the roof which they did happily without additional price. If you use their services you will not be disappointed. Thank you No Moss !
Great job and very polite young men.
Very professional business for roof moss soft wash cleaning, gutters and concrete. I appreciate their customer service, additionally their support for military veterans. I’m happy with the services I received.
I was very pleased with the professional service and support from start to finish. The available service options allows me to create a customer package for the entire property since I needed proof of completion for insurance purposes. The workers were very thorough and did an amazing job. The roof and concrete are spotless!
No Moss did and excellent job on cleaning the outside of our house, walkways, and driveway, as well as removing and treating our roof for moss. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
