No Moss stands by their 5 year warranty. Our next door neighbor was having No Moss treatment to roof. We spoke to employees about a couple spots on our roof that needed treatment 3 years after original treatment. The company treated several areas that day slowing me pictures of treatment areas. I hired mo moss twice. The first time about 4 years ago to wash the roof, sides and pavement around my house and the second time in April 2026 for the driveway, walkways around my house and the front side of the house. I would not have hired them again if I was not completely satisficed with their service. They did a good job each time.
