Every time a severe storm hits it seems, out goes the power. The Generac team worked with precision and professionalism. It was a hot, humid day, yet they worked diligently most of that day to complete a complex job. Too, they were courteous to answer any questions. It did take several days for the inspectors, and a little longer for Consumers to install and hook up a new gas meter. A few glitches in communication, but overall, we were very satisfied.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We had a stressful electrical situation at our home and needed someone to come out quickly to make sure everything was safe. The communication was great, they were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
They carefully inspected the panel and circuits, explained what they were seeing, and gave us a lot of peace of mind. They were able to get our power restored safely and confirmed that there was no major damage, which was a huge relief.
I also really appreciated that they did not try to oversell us on unnecessary work. They were honest about what needed attention, what was still in good shape, and what would simply be worth considering for future peace of mind.
Overall, great company, great communication, and great people. I would definitely recommend them.
