The owner and staff were very professional, they provided explicit details as to what to expect from their services. They were very Informative about the process they take working with my insurance. Their inspection and repair goes beyond what I have ever experienced from a repair shop. I recommend North Shore Collision.
10/10 recommend North Shore Collison. If you are looking for an expert in the business do not hesitate to give Max a call. I recently was in an accident in which someone hit me on the interstate, no fault of my own. I then had to work with the other person's insurance and this was an absolute nightmare. Luckily I…
Scraped up the side bumper cover on our CR-V and brought it in to NSC to see what they thought. Very much appreciated Max's perspective that it wasn't worth replacing given no damage to sensors and mostly superficial damage. He quickly cleaned off the paint and made it look great and sent me on my way. I will…

Straight to the point and not trying upsell you. Told me what could be done quickly and safely and then what other cosmetic repairs could be done.
I googled body shops after my Honda Pilot was hit and the whole side of my vehicle was wrecked. North Shore Collision was close by and had excellent reviews and for good reason. This place is amazing. Adam was the main contact. He is very patient. Answers all your questions and takes his time. Highly recommend North Shore Collision for body work. I got what I expected, which was a perfect repair job -- but I also got something I didn't expect, which was empathy for my situation. Like many vehicles, parts needed for my vehicle were delayed / back-ordered. Max understood the dilemma of being without…
Very impressed with this shop! High quality, excellent service, no bull. North Shore collision is a great example of how business should be conducted. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our vehicle, after being rear ended . Great job to all!!
This place is phenomenal. From the time I called to the time I picked up my cars they were on it! My wife and I were involved in a car accident Memorial Day weekend and we took our car here. Late in January 2021 I bought a 2014 Buick Lacrosse, This was my first brand new car ever, I was so excited! 2 weeks and 1 day after I bought it I was on my way home from work on a snowy road (164 North headed back to Colgate WI) When low and behold wild animals decide to run out in front of my new Buick (2 big deer…
