Before IASIS, I felt like I was stuck in quicksand. Everything felt heavy, and even the smallest things felt hard. Getting out of bed in the morning was a struggle, and I felt exhausted before my day even started. Then I decided to try this and it has truly changed my life. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lindsey and Ashley and IASIS Neurofeedback! It is LIFECHANGING! I noticed significant improvement in my husband first when he started, and then I started. Less reactive, less irritable, less stressed for him. Me? I got my life back. My brain stopped being in overdrive 100% of the time.....then I started sleeping better, waking up with more energy, felt like exercising again, and became just happier overall. I cried the first time I remember hearing quiet in my head. I tell someone about this service every single day, no exaggeration.
