They said they couldnt come for over a week, the came on Thursday, gave a 5 hour window then showed at the very end of it, blocked the driveway. After we insisted he look in the attic where we were hearing the noises, he refused and told us there were no entry points so it was a waste of time. It has been 2 days and the scratching has gotten worse so we called another company who is actually responsive.
Beyond disappointed in the professionalism and service.

I had a few mouse droppings in my kitchen and Dane came out last week to check it out. He came back today and rechecked the traps and it looks like it was just one that already moved on but he left the traps in place as its the cold season. My request had to go through my apartment portal, but they take forever so I wound up scheduling directly which made this the easiest maintenance request I have submitted. Dane communicated well, was courteous and really helped alleviate some of the anxiety I had over the situation. He also shared some cool bait tips that i didnt know about. Great job to the scheduling team and Dane. Thank you!

This company is top-notch. We thought we were hearing something in our attic, so we called the experts. It's starting to get colder, so they were a little busy and I had to schedule an appointment about a week and a half out, but Dane was extremely thorough in inspecting my roof and attic for potential ingress/egress and signs of animals. He was straightforward with me and let me know that he saw no signs of critters getting into the house, but let me know of a few potential issues that I could take care of as the homeowner to prevent future problems (uncovered vent pipes, etc.). He also let me know that if we continued to hear the sounds (they'd stopped a few days after we heard them, and haven't started again), what the probable culprit was, and what the plan would be (and even sent me a quote, so I'd know well in advance what it would cost). I feel like most companies these days are in a hurry to make a dollar and would have been in a rush to "fix" things, even if they weren't broken. These folks, though, were very honest about NOT seeing any issues. It was a refreshing change to see a business treating people right, even if it meant less money for them. We'll definitely call them again if we have any more issues!

Responsive, friendly, communicative and professional was our experience with Northern Colorado Pest and Wildlife Control. We were grateful that the bats in our eaves had migrated a little early.
