10/10 for my sessions, as far as the front desk/admin staff, I think in the 2 years ive gone ive maybe spoken to that team once. I don't mean that negatively I just have no reason, I come in and wait for my session in the lobby. My appointments and billing has always been correct i've never needed to escalate to that team.

I absolutely love this clinic. I've been seeing my therapist for so many years now, I can't imagine what my life would've been like without her help. I love that we can do telehealth or in person appointments, and setting up appointments is really easy.
