I was having a roach issue due to construction going on in my neighborhood that was driving me CRAZY! So I called and spoke to Shaela Garduno who was super helpful and made it super easy to set everything up. Someone came out and now rarely do I get a roach anymore. Super happy with the service! Jeffry parajon was really nice, showed up on time, and took care of everything quickly. I haven’t seen a single bug since! Definitely recommend if you want someone reliable and easy to work with.

Joe Garcia is the one who actually did the services to rid my house of rodents. I could not be more pleased with the services or the employees that showed up on time, every time, exceptionally knowledgeable and very courteous. I will refer them to every one of my friends and family members. The service they provided you can’t find today. This company actually cares about their customers and their services. Great to do business with.

10 months coverage for 12 cost?
I’ve been a long term customer with both termite and pest control services. I did not renew my termite contract in April 26, but called in June to start again. I was told that I would have to pay the full one year price, but my service would be back dated to April.
Why would I pay for a full year but get 10 months service? Especially in this economy?
Of course I cancelled all services and went with another company.
The manager tried to explain their policies but any reasonable person would not settle for this.
They’ve lost a good customer and if they continue with these ludicrous policies.

This is one of the worst companies i've ever seen in my life.They refuse to give service when the service needs to give you a window from seven fifteen am to six p m and don't even show up.And they give you the same excuse.Every time they have done it three times already.Try to call up to talk to corporate office.They can't even give you the right corporate office number.They just give you the run around.I talk to nineteen people.And still couldn't talk to the right management a manager.Comes on. No, help just excuses.Oh, I can take you off a I.You should have took me off three services ago when I complained about the first time.Apparently, they don't care about their customers.This is the worst store i've ever seen in my life.I would recommend run run fast away from these people.They don't even care about customers.There's no way they have 5 stars, I guarantee that's fixed, because the way they treat people. There's no way if I can give them 0 would. Maybe their corporate office will wake up and follow-up and talk the customer Vs giving them the runaround, because that's what their management does.

Maikol is an excellent technician as he conducted a very thorough inspection and found the way the termites were entering the hallway then treated the spots. He showed us the locations and explained the treatment. We have the annual termite service warranty which is well worth it. Northwestern is very focused on pleasing it’s customers.
I’ve lived in my home in Hollywood for 14 years, and one of the first services we hired was what was then Hewlett, now Northwest Exterminating. We were lucky enough to be assigned Joe, and he has been with us almost from day one.
Thanks to Joe, our home has stayed consistently bug-free, both inside and out. It’s honestly remarkable how few issues we’ve had over the years.
Beyond the results, Joe is just an incredible person. He’s professional, reliable, and always friendly, and he truly goes above and beyond for his customers.
Highly recommend Joe and Northwest Exterminating.
