10 months coverage for 12 cost? I’ve been a long term customer with both termite and pest control services. I did not renew my termite contract in April 26, but called in June to start again. I was told that I would have to pay the full one year price, but my service would be back dated to April. Why would I pay…
Maikol is an excellent technician as he conducted a very thorough inspection and found the way the termites were entering the hallway then treated the spots. He showed us the locations and explained the treatment. We have the annual termite service warranty which is well worth it. Northwestern is very focused on pleasing it’s customers.

Excellent service! We’ve been clients for many years and very satisfied with the quality of the service. Prices are competitive and well worth it. Our technician, Jude, sets the appointment and checks in to ask if we have any concerns prior to the visit. We highly recommend Northwest Exterminating.
Jude from Northwest is super professional and communicative. My house and yard are bug free, I'm extremely happy with the service I've been getting.
