Hands-down our #1 preferred surveyor for all projects. They are responsive, experienced, thorough, and great at handholding for clients who are not that familiar with the development or lot creation process. They have background on almost any site we send them and are always happy to answer quick questions at the beginning of a project even when they don't. Whenever we (architecture and engineering firm) are asked for survey recommendations we put Northwest Surveying at the top of the list in bold with stars.

I highly recommend Northwest Surveying to anyone looking for a trusted surveying company.
Scott provided horrible service. He displayed a lackadaisical attitude and effort towards accomplishing the job. Late arrivals, excuses, no use of survey measurement equipment and avoidance of phone calls forced me to get the job done by Caswell-Hertel.
