These guys rock! I had another big survery company give me a bid that was ridiculous. My broker and banker told me that this is the place that does a better job than anyone else, does it quickly and remembers that money does not fall from the sky. I would 100% recommend as top notch and best quality/value out…

Hands-down our #1 preferred surveyor for all projects. They are responsive, experienced, thorough, and great at handholding for clients who are not that familiar with the development or lot creation process. They have background on almost any site we send them and are always happy to answer quick questions at the beginning of a project even when they don't. Whenever we (architecture and engineering firm) are asked for survey recommendations we put Northwest Surveying at the top of the list in bold with stars.
