Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful in getting my therapy transferred to Nova Care. Love my therapist! Provided lots of details on my treatment and follow-up exercises I can do at home. Facility is extremely clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend NovaCare to everyone. Excellent experience!

My husband called to schedule a consultation. The receptionist was quite rude in responding to his requests. Not a good attitude toward a potential new patient. He won’t be going there!

Just started my rehabilitation following fushion and disc surgery. The aquatic therapy is second to none and all of the people there are friendly and knowledgeable. The therapists put you through a solid hour of various exercises. Definitely recommend MillCreek Novacare for physical therapy.

I am so very grateful for the excellent care I am receiving from the staff at this NovaCare facility. My aquatic
therapy has been instrumental in my recovery from back surgery this past summer.
Douglas Cottrell, my physical therapist and manager of this particular NovaCare facility, is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about each of his patients. Time and time again, I have witnessed his positive methods of motivating and understanding the specific needs of each of his patients.
He instills this same sense of professionalism and caring with his staff, as well. Torrie and Jessie, two other physical therapists at this facility, model this same positive approach to their patients, as well. Doug is an excellent mentor to his staff, and NovaCare is most fortunate to have him as one of their physical therapists and managers.
Just today, I once again witnessed this team work together with knowledge and kindness with an elderly patient who required their specific help and expertise.
Doug and his staff consistently work diligently to provide specific therapys to help their patients improve the quality and mobility in their lives. I am most fortunate to be in their care!
