Novasteam LLC

Excellent job, I would definitely use them again

Nathan was absolutely the best. Wonderful job. All spots gone in 2 hours time. Now if dry time was the same, I’d really be a happy camper. Thanks again and see you in the future.

Great service. I have had them at least three times. Very professional and fair. Will Continue to use Novasteam in the future.

Great guy's, left our carpets looking great and great deals.

Novasteam has cleaned our carpets, ducts, and detailed our boat and truck. Kya does a wonderful job every time and we will continue to use and recommend him to everyone we know!

My stairs and carpet were brought back to life! The care that was put into cleaning the carpets was five star! Kya did an amazing job! Thorough in explaining what he was going to do.

Always very pleased with their work! Very friendly and professional! Reasonable prices too!

Kya was very professional and educated us on understanding the condition of our carpet and area rug. He went above and beyond to identify micro-bacterial spots and recommended a chemical to address the issue to remove the bacteria from the carpet. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient! He was very… Read full review

Kya was what you hope for in a service industry - responsive, let us know when he was coming and how long it would take, set expectations, did a great job, left info about additional services, and was professional and kind. An entrepreneurial guy who put in a lot of effort to license a patent for the coating service they offer.

This is the 2nd time I have used Nova Steam here in Kennewick, Wa. Kye did a fabulous job both times!!! Cleaned my furniture and carpets! Will never use anyone else!

Very happy with the carpet cleaning! Our living room area rug was "gross". Now it looks brand new! We will be calling for other services soon!

We have had Novasteam come clean our carpets, and upholstery about once a year for the last 5 years. We recently had foster puppies so the carpets were especially bad, and had urine spots. After Novasteam they are looking almost brand new. We are always happy with the outcome and they are kind and professional as well. Highly recommend!

This was our second time having Kya from Novasteam clean our carpets, and once again he did an excellent job. The entire process, from scheduling to completion, was seamless and communication was clear and professional. Kya not only left our carpets looking great, but also took the time to inspect our vents and… Read full review

Outstanding service fast very informative

We have used the same carpet cleaning company for years. We noticed declining quality of service over the last few months. Our dog ate something that upset her tummy and threw up and had diarrhea on our white carpet in the bedroom. The other company came and cleaned it, and it looked the exact same. We called… Read full review
