Excellent job, I would definitely use them again
Nathan was absolutely the best. Wonderful job. All spots gone in 2 hours time. Now if dry time was the same, I’d really be a happy camper. Thanks again and see you in the future.
Great service. I have had them at least three times. Very professional and fair. Will Continue to use Novasteam in the future.
Great guy's, left our carpets looking great and great deals.
Novasteam has cleaned our carpets, ducts, and detailed our boat and truck. Kya does a wonderful job every time and we will continue to use and recommend him to everyone we know!
My stairs and carpet were brought back to life! The care that was put into cleaning the carpets was five star! Kya did an amazing job! Thorough in explaining what he was going to do.
Always very pleased with their work! Very friendly and professional! Reasonable prices too!
Kya was very professional and educated us on understanding the condition of our carpet and area rug. He went above and beyond to identify micro-bacterial spots and recommended a chemical to address the issue to remove the bacteria from the carpet. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient! He was very…
Kya was what you hope for in a service industry - responsive, let us know when he was coming and how long it would take, set expectations, did a great job, left info about additional services, and was professional and kind. An entrepreneurial guy who put in a lot of effort to license a patent for the coating service they offer.
This is the 2nd time I have used Nova Steam here in Kennewick, Wa. Kye did a fabulous job both times!!! Cleaned my furniture and carpets! Will never use anyone else!
Very happy with the carpet cleaning! Our living room area rug was "gross". Now it looks brand new! We will be calling for other services soon!
We have had Novasteam come clean our carpets, and upholstery about once a year for the last 5 years. We recently had foster puppies so the carpets were especially bad, and had urine spots. After Novasteam they are looking almost brand new. We are always happy with the outcome and they are kind and professional as well. Highly recommend!
This was our second time having Kya from Novasteam clean our carpets, and once again he did an excellent job. The entire process, from scheduling to completion, was seamless and communication was clear and professional. Kya not only left our carpets looking great, but also took the time to inspect our vents and…
I have used nova steam multiple times for everything. Grout cleaning, vent cleaning, carpets, hard wood. They continue to do an outstanding job and will continue to use their expertise. 100/10 would recommend
As always, Novasteam is absolutely the best in all ways! Great deals, service, and professional! Thank you!!
Incredible service. Fast and friendly. Made my area rug look brand new again. Highly recommend for both professionalism and quality of work.
Awesome company!!!!!! My floors look amazing as well as my rugs. Their products smell heavenly and I am just so impressed! Thank you novasteam you made one happy customer! Will Definately use them again, prices were also really good!
Excellent customer service. Quick efficient job.
Outstanding service fast very informative
We have used the same carpet cleaning company for years. We noticed declining quality of service over the last few months. Our dog ate something that upset her tummy and threw up and had diarrhea on our white carpet in the bedroom. The other company came and cleaned it, and it looked the exact same. We called…
Did an amazing job cleaning carpets. Would recommend 1000 times!
Michael was outstanding. He was on-time, actually early. He called ahead to let us know he could come early. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend NovaSteam.
3rd time using Kya and Novasteam and wouldn’t want anyone else servicing my carpets. This time it was Michael who came out to our house instead of Kya the owner, and he did a phenomenal job! Got a few paint spots out, some slime, and probably a few pounds of dog hair and dust. Thanks again Novasteam!
So glad to have been referred to Novasteam. It was easy to schedule, and they asked knowledgeable questions to prepare. The communication was great. Text when they’re on their way, and emailed reminders and instructions to prepare. The technician showed up on time and did a fantastic job. My area rugs are…
Had my 1 year old carpets cleaned and they look and smell brand new! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and a crazy kid so it can get dirty but I was shocked at HOW MUCH came out of this carpet! I vacuum 2-3x a week and thought it wasn't that bad, haha. Got it treated/ protected and should be good for a whole other year! Highly recommend!
This company is awesome! The quality of service and their attention to detail was the best I have ever experienced with a carpet cleaning company! I highly recommend them! The owner and technician explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable that I was getting an amazing service! My carpet and area rugs look brand new!
Update: they’ve done a second job for us and it was just as fabulous as the first. Different location this time, still the great attention to detail. Communication via text was fantastic; I’m typically on the go and unable to answer my phone. I could respond easily on my own time. I received reminders also via…
Kya was awesome! He did a walk-through and went right to work! Results were amazing! Great customer service!I recommend him to everyone! The best in Tri- Cities!! I’ve also had zero-rez come and I was not satisfied at all! They even came and redid the cleaning on carpets and stains were still there. But thanks to…
Quality, affordable, and local company! Great service!
I saw Novasteam on a Facebook ad running a special on 3 rooms. My carpets could use a good clean, but my real worry was my sofa. I bought a big ol' sectional in May, just 4 months ago and my 6 lil terrors WREKT it! It had ink stains, ice cream spills, coffee spills, wine spills (ok, so that one was me), pee spots…
Professional and did the job requested. 10 year old carpet looks brand new. Saved a lot of money.
