It was good service and the guy who did it was friendly. 3rd time using Kya and Novasteam and wouldn’t want anyone else servicing my carpets. This time it was Michael who came out to our house instead of Kya the owner, and he did a phenomenal job! Got a few paint spots out, some slime, and probably a few pounds of dog hair and dust. Thanks again Novasteam!

Before Novasteam came out to clean our carpets we had another company clean the carpets twice. Update: they’ve done a second job for us and it was just as fabulous as the first. Different location this time, still the great attention to detail. Super Happy with this company and their service. I'm glad they got me in as fast as they did especially with their busy schedule. Much Mahalo Novasteam

I saw Novasteam on a Facebook ad running a special on 3 rooms. My carpets could use a good clean, but my real worry was my sofa.
