We have used the same carpet cleaning company for years. We noticed declining quality of service over the last few months. 3rd time using Kya and Novasteam and wouldn’t want anyone else servicing my carpets. This time it was Michael who came out to our house instead of Kya the owner, and he did a phenomenal job! Got a few paint spots out, some slime, and probably a few pounds of dog hair and dust. Thanks again Novasteam!

Before Novasteam came out to clean our carpets we had another company clean the carpets twice.
