Love novix! So easy to communicate with over text! Quick service and always offer inside sprays for free! Ask every visit any concerns or focus areas and I haven’t seen any bugs besides a few flies in a year! Amazing👍🏼
Great company to work with
Awesome service! Very respectful and professional.
Persistent, professional and on time. Im glad to have become a customer. I would definitely recommend to my neighbors.
Very great service. When we first moved in we saw spiders galore. Now after 2-3 visits I haven’t seen one bug in my house. Only time I see the bugs are when I go outside and see them not moving at the barrier that was set with this bug spray. Great company, great service, and great work. Also, shout out to Jose. Really cool guy.

Extermination services are perfect. My Daughter hasn't seen a spider in months! A+++
Jose was timely, quick, and answered all my questions. First treatment was today, so we’ll see if I still see bugs after one year when the contract expires. 8/27/26 update: Happy to report that I see no bugs at all, except for the dead ones outside my front door that tried and failed to get inside my house. Very pleased!
I just moved, got the new place and the new bug company. It is a win win situation, but they are really great and professional. And to top it all off good pricing ❤️💪🏼

Novix is great to deal with, but a company is only as great as their employees. Our Tech, Jose, is outstanding.
