Joe and the others who assisted us with our F150 were wonderful to work with. They showed us what we needed so we didn’t have any doubts about their suggested repairs.

I really appreciated the service here. Austin was very kind and clear and helped me take care of a concerning problem quickly. I came in on a Sunday and he made sure that we got it taken care of within a few hours. Would definitely return for future service needs.

Clean shop, clean lobby, organized Mechanics. Exactly what I hope to see when coming to my local neighborhood shop. Very convenient location 5 minutes from my house. The front desk people are polite, and they do a good job of explaining whatever the situation is. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Jason, Paul, and Austin were fantastic and completed my oil change and tire rotation so quickly! This is my third time visiting this location, and I will absolutely return. I love being able to call and ask questions because the staff is always so friendly. Plus, having a spotless showroom to enjoy during the wait is wonderful!

This is a review for two seperate visits to the NTB on East Brainerd, Chattanooga, TN. I made an appointment to have my Santa Fe brakes replaced. After inspection, they told me I didn't need to do it yet, gave me a recommendation on when to come back and have the brakes re-examined and explained what they base…

Our older Mercedes SUV seemed to have excessive brake pedal travel compared to when I last drove it. (My wife is the primary driver.) We had the rotors turned down at this NTB a couple of years ago and they did an outstanding job. Not long after dropping it off they called and said in looking at the brake fluid…

Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. I usually go to Walmart but got terrible customer service there and decided to shop around. Called and talked to Neil, a manager at the NTB store on east brainerd. He was able to be competitive with the pricing. I took the car in and had it worked on and…
