Joe and the others who assisted us with our F150 were wonderful to work with. They showed us what we needed so we didn’t have any doubts about their suggested repairs.
Great customer service with Joe!! Very helpful.

They did a great job getting my car in the shop quickly when I needed a repair that fell under my covered road hazards insurance for the tires. Highly recommend.

Jason was honest. Fast work. Much appreciated.
Spoke with Austin regarding a set of tires. He was most helpful in the selection and arranging installation. Ordered tires, scheduled day, time and had project completed when expected. Many places to purchase tires in town but for me this is the place.
Incredibly helpful and friendly

NTB on East Brainerd in Chattanooga has always helped me when I needed it. They have great customer service, great prices, and they do quality work that you can trust. They are my go to for tires, oil changes, and batteries.
Salesman did not seem to be personable at all..didn’t take any of our info about our tire info, just asked for the keys and went outside without telling us what he was doing to our car. Will not be back because of the people only for the pricing.
NTB were real easy to work with and did a great handling my tire issues. I appreciate their support.
