Joe and the others who assisted us with our F150 were wonderful to work with. They showed us what we needed so we didn’t have any doubts about their suggested repairs.

Spoke with Austin regarding a set of tires. He was most helpful in the selection and arranging installation. Ordered tires, scheduled day, time and had project completed when expected. Many places to purchase tires in town but for me this is the place.

NTB on East Brainerd in Chattanooga has always helped me when I needed it. They have great customer service, great prices, and they do quality work that you can trust. They are my go to for tires, oil changes, and batteries.
Salesman did not seem to be personable at all..didn’t take any of our info about our tire info, just asked for the keys and went outside without telling us what he was doing to our car. Will not be back because of the people only for the pricing.
NTB were real easy to work with and did a great handling my tire issues. I appreciate their support.

10/10 customers service and work! I had just left my home for a quick drink and suddenly my tire pressure dropped and I had a flat. I brought my car in and in less than 30 mins I was out of there. I usually get my car taken to the dealership and wait hours and get charged hundreds. I wasn’t charged a dime for this…

New tires, alignment, oil change, the works. Long story short, they messed up my truck pretty bad and also put on different tires than what I bought,…
