NTB-National Tire & Battery

Joe and the others who assisted us with our F150 were wonderful to work with. They showed us what we needed so we didn’t have any doubts about their suggested repairs.

I had a great experience with NTB on East Brainerd! They did my wheel alignment and provided excellent service. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, and I really appreciated the attention they gave to my vehicle. It’s always nice to find a place you can trust to take care of your car and treat you… Read full review

Spoke with Austin regarding a set of tires. He was most helpful in the selection and arranging installation. Ordered tires, scheduled day, time and had project completed when expected. Many places to purchase tires in town but for me this is the place.

Jason and his team were great! Very nice, quick, and professional service. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Professional service at a reasonable price.

Clean shop, clean lobby, organized Mechanics. Exactly what I hope to see when coming to my local neighborhood shop. Very convenient location 5 minutes from my house. The front desk people are polite, and they do a good job of explaining whatever the situation is. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Jason, Paul, and Austin were fantastic and completed my oil change and tire rotation so quickly! This is my third time visiting this location, and I will absolutely return. I love being able to call and ask questions because the staff is always so friendly. Plus, having a spotless showroom to enjoy during the wait is wonderful!

NTB on East Brainerd in Chattanooga has always helped me when I needed it. They have great customer service, great prices, and they do quality work that you can trust. They are my go to for tires, oil changes, and batteries.

Super helpful, very fair, highly recommend!

Tire rotation and wheel alignment. Quick, efficient work.

Guys here were great! I needed to get my tires changed and alignment fixed. Very helpful and fast.

Very friendly.

I purchased tires from national battery and tire in April. I had a recent service appointment at Lexus of Chattanooga who recommended I rotate my tires. I returned to NBT as I recalled tire rotation was included in the purchase of the tires in April 2025. I saved over $100 getting my tires rotated at MBT. Once again they were efficient kind and attentive.

This store is very well managed and quickly identified our car had two out of balance tires where another NTB location in North Augusta, SC failed to fix four days ago. If your time constrained this is place in East Brainerd very prompt and courteous.

Paul and the whole NTB team are great. They've worked on all of my vehicles over the years. I've been going to them for my tires and other automotive needs and have always gotten great service. I highly recommend them.

Brought my 2018 sti in for tires, alignments, and services with this location and a tech named Avery has always done the work. Avery has done amazing jobs on my car with alignments, oil changes, and providing excelent results every time and always a very friendly face. Made the east brainerd store my go to location for getting services that i need done.
