Josh helped us out. Problem with the strainer I did not have a key to remove the aerator. Josh had one and removed and checked it. It is working better than it was. Thank you so much. Josh was very professional and very helpful.

Jeff was punctual and polite.(on time is a big deal to me) He took the time to repair a faucet that I hadn’t originally called about. Explained what he had done to repair the toilet and cleaned up everything. Ease plumbing will definitely go in my contacts.
