Ease plumbing was great to work with. They were very responsive and professional. I had serious issues with old cast iron pipes and they fit me in quickly and had it fixed before causing any damage. Walker was absolutely amazing! My internet company buried the internet lines and hit our water lines. Walker came out and was so patient with having to call the internet company multiple times and sending pictures. He explained everything he found efficiently to me and the internet company. Scammers! Plumber from nublue came to evaluate a leak that caused water damage in our garage. He determined it was the shower drain on the second floor. They came right out when I called with an emergency. After that they made sure I had access to water and drainage service. A couple days past, they spent hours under my new-to-me house. They were focused and determined to make all function properly.

The guys were good however they forgot to install the pop up drain stoppers that was provided with the two sets of faucets that I provided. They are coming back next week to fix our upstairs sink and they need to bring the correct parts to finish the job.

Will was very curtious. He showed up on time and helped me with several repairs. He changed my faucet in kitchen, replaced all my water pipes, replaced shower head and water valves, replaced hot water heater, and repaired toilet in master bath. Had a valve replaced. James was early, polite, and professional. James had to cut into my walk to use a specific tool and the only thing I recommend is that Ease plumbing could consider is to repair future customers walls.

Jeff was our technician and was very pleasant to work with. He was very informative on what he was fixing and was very thorough in his work. Also did a great job of minimizing the amount of wall he had to cut to get the job done.

Will replaced a kitchen sink pea trap for me today. This is the second time I have used Ease. Not only did he do a great job but he swept the floor where he walked through the house. Everything was left sparkling clean! Will was kind and respectful. I appreciate the care he took in making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.

He is highly appreciated for the job he done But as a residential customer the prices are a little steep on an individual that get paid once a month A little something else different could’ve been done?
