Will ans his partner showed up right on time and had us back with hot water in the same day. Would definitely use them again.
James Ezzell as well as his apprentice were extremely professional and down to earth! Not having hot water is a bad thing as well as having to deal with the water heater manufacturer but James called them on my behalf twice! I really appreciated that! I highly recommend them and Ease Plumbing and will definitely use them again!
Thanks again to Ease Plumbing. This time Kyo and Buddy serviced my needs. They replaced and installed a new Pressure Relief Valve to help regulate high water pressure in my home. Great work and customer service. Im very hopeful this will solve many of my issues I had in the past.

My technician Trent arrived. he worked so diligently. very polite and mannerly. he did not exhibit frustration dealing with my water heater. he made me feel like I was in good hands I would definitely use the ease plumbing team again.
Jim Howard and Will were right on time as promised. Other than being old and having to replace in the future the only thing needed today was to relight pilot light and adjust temp. Both guys were very nice and professional and did everything very quickly but thoroughly. I was very impressed and happy with setvice…
Very quick to respond to online request as well as getting someone on site. Status was updated via text - which included a picture of the person coming so you knew who to be on the look out for. Issue with thermal expansion tank was handled quickly and quality work.
