James Ezzell as well as his apprentice were extremely professional and down to earth! Not having hot water is a bad thing as well as having to deal with the water heater manufacturer but James called them on my behalf twice! I really appreciated that! I highly recommend them and Ease Plumbing and will definitely use them again!
Thanks again to Ease Plumbing. This time Kyo and Buddy serviced my needs. They replaced and installed a new Pressure Relief Valve to help regulate high water pressure in my home. Great work and customer service. Im very hopeful this will solve many of my issues I had in the past.

Very quick to respond to online request as well as getting someone on site. Status was updated via text - which included a picture of the person coming so you knew who to be on the look out for. Issue with thermal expansion tank was handled quickly and quality work.
Jeff was a very professional and polite technician, I had a little issue with shower after water heater was replaced and he was here as soon as schedule allowed him to be to fix and make sure I was taken care of. Really appreciate the the professional service I was given
