Horrible service. The techs pound on the door like they're trying to break it down, yell, and then bolt down the stairs before you even have a chance to answer. If you're going to bother showing up, at least give people more than two seconds to get to the door This isn't just me either, multiple other residents in…

The exterminator Armando, where there were rat hole he inserted rat poison and used my steel wool and I covered the hole with wood filler. Armando was pleasant, helpful, and patient and this apartment is big. I would definitely recommend him again.
Teddy & team have been great! They call before they arrive to inform us when they are coming to service. When they arrive they are attentive and listen to our concerns. They give us ideas and provide great solutions to our problems! Highly recommend them!
Technician DaShawn was superb. We had a Rat infestation (90% of our issue). He went to each apartment; checked behind refrigerators; behind stoves and throughout the cellar. More importantly, he asked many questions to each Tenant, explained what to do before the next visit and knocked out the Rat problem in one…
